Margo Boster, ICF-PCC
Margo Boster is an ICF credentialed Master Certified Coach (MCC) executive and leadership coach, incorporating neuroleadership and human development. Leadership is not theoretical to Margo. Prior to changing professions to be a full-time coach and consultant, Margo had more than 25 years of professional experience in senior leadership position in information technology (IT) and health information management. She has a long history of helping organizations and the people within those organizations achieve goals they felt were beyond their reach.
By combining proven, real-world experience with world-class education and training, Margo helps her clients thrive. Her experience includes working with large corporations, small to mid-size companies, and federal, state, and local government.
Some of the unique characteristics she brings to her practice include coaching skills and techniques combined with the science of neuroleadership, adult meaning-making and leadership experience.
Margo is a graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching program and earned a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She holds a bachelor’s in Psychology with an emphasis on organizational psychology from University of Maryland. Margo has completed in-depth training in Leadership Maturity Coach from the Vertical Development Academy. She also has an Executive Certificate in the Foundations of Neuroleadership through the NeuroLeadership Institute. She is also a Yoga Teacher Training (YTT)-200 certified yoga teacher.
Margo is certified in several 360 assessment models including the Leadership Circle Profile® (LCP), Center for Creative Leadership® assessments, and Lead Now! as well as several validated assessment instruments including MBTI, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI), Center for Creative Leadership assessments.
