About Bill
Originally hailing from Chicago, he embarked on a remarkable journey of leadership and service in the US Navy, accumulating over 24 years of invaluable experience. His career was marked by multiple overseas tours and service on four different platforms of ships, honing his leadership skills in diverse environments. Following retirement, armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Organization Management, he furthered his education at the Institute of Transformational Leadership at Georgetown’s Executive Leadership Coaching program in 2022. This transformative experience ignited his passion for coaching, propelling him to empower individuals and teams to realize their full potential.
His journey in the Navy brought him to the esteemed US Naval Academy, where he attained a notable distinction as a distinguished honorary graduate of the class of 2022, marking a historic milestone as the third enlisted Sailor to achieve such recognition in USNA history. This remarkable achievement further cemented his legacy as a respected leader and scholar within the military community. Drawing upon his extensive experience and newfound coaching expertise, he assumed a pivotal role as a core teaching team member at the US Naval Academy’s My Navy coaching program. In this capacity, he shares his knowledge and provides guidance to over 150 staff, faculty, and active-duty Navy and Marine officers and enlisted personnel, aiding them on their path to success.
Committed to upholding the highest standards of professional coaching practice, he pursued accreditation as an ICF Certified Coach. Additionally, he devotes his time to coaching with The Honor Foundation, a Non-Profit organization dedicated to supporting special operators and their support staff through transition into civilian life.
Now settled in Maryland, he continues to make a profound impact through coaching and mentorship, firmly believing in coaching the whole person to foster meaningful and sustainable success in every coaching relationship.
