Michael Tucker, ICF-ACC
Michael Tucker, M.A., ACC, CSM, CSPO is an ICF certified executive coach, Diversity Equity & Inclusion facilitator, consultant, published author, international speaker, AGILE and tech product development enthusiast. He is committed to the acceleration, advancement and conscious evolution of the global human family. As the founder of Tucker Coaching & Consulting, Michael coaches and consults executives, leaders and teams around the world. He specializes in cultivating and refining the leadership, creative capacity and decision-making abilities of entrepreneurs, founders, executives, product owners and AGILE Teams in support of corporate R&D and organizational diversity, inclusion, talent development and retention goals.
Michael is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Family Life Coaching Association. He currently serves on the Board of the Unified Progress International (UPI) Loan Fund, Arizona’s only Black-led loan fund and economic development organization focused on providing affordable personal loans to marginalized communities in Arizona.
He is a former Captain in the United States Air Force, has a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina, a Master’s degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive & Professional Coaching from the University of Texas-Dallas. Michael enjoys playing sports, hiking, and traveling. He currently lives in Tucson, Arizona with Ellen, his wife of 13 years.
