Rebecca S. Graham, ICF-ACC
Rebecca S. Graham pulls from nearly 30 years of experience spanning private industry, diplomatic assignments and leadership positions across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, to offer a worldwide perspective as she partners with clients to meet their unique coaching needs.
After serving in challenging environments and leadership roles, she understands the complex realities that leaders face everyday. Rebecca believes in the importance of developing and supporting leaders who seek to invest in themselves, their teams, their organizations, and communities.
In addition to degrees from Missouri State University and Purdue University and an International Rotary Scholarship at the National University of Singapore, Rebecca holds a certificate in Executive Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. She earned a certificate in DEIA from Cornell University, and is certified in the Hogan and DiSC assessment tools.
In 2022 Rebecca was a Leader-In-Residence at Kansas State University’s Staley School of Leadership. She is the Owner and Principal Coach of Belinder Oaks, a leadership coaching and executive communication company.
