Strategic leadership isn’t complicated—it’s courageous. It requires slowing down when the world demands you speed up. It means turning off your notifications so you can tune into what actually matters.

It’s having the courage to say no when everyone expects you to say yes.

And it starts with clarity.

What direction are you leading your team toward—really? Can you articulate it in one sentence? Can your team?
